Three years ago I would have rated them five stars when they finished the first part of our remodel. That all changed when the company didn't return calls, text, and emails after we discovered a leak from the poorly installed toilet in our master bathroom. The toilet dumped sewage into my kitchen three Sundays ago. If it wasn't for the low flow toilet it would have been sooner. However, the mold in the drywall horrified us just as much. In December 2021, I hired Home Master Intl to install luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring. By mid-2023, the planks began buckling due to apparent installation defects. I notified the company in February 2025 and provided photo documentation. Despite multiple follow-ups, communication was inconsistent and unresponsive. It really pains us to write this review. We hired HM to renovate our kitchen. Was smooth sailing the entire project, we were very happy with the finished product. We referred them to family who hired them for a project they were also happy with. Unfortunately we cannot recommend this company any further and now find ourselves in the tough position of having to prepare to fight a lengthy legal battle with HM while I simultaneously fight stage 3 cancer. My mom got her master bathroom done by Home Masters last year. Unfortunately, we ran into some issues with the shower head leaking months after the install. However, I would like to say thank you to Amir and Nader! They sent out their technicians multiple times to resolve the issue and even replaced the faulty shower head. Now it works great!
