My mom got her master bathroom and another bathroom done by Home Masters last year. Unfortunately, their customer service following their work has been awful and disappointing. We feel this contractor sold us a service & product that they could not deliver then tried to make changes we did not agree to.Cabinets were not provided according to the approved & contracted design. The cabinets/doors above the Pantry & Oven were to be the same height as requested & shown in the 3D elevations created by HomeMasters. I specifically requested a larger pantry, but they tried to force me to accept the smaller one that the project manager ordered BEFORE taking final measurements of the entire kitchen.
