Three years ago I would have rated them five stars when they finished the first part of our remodel. That all changed when the company didn't return calls, text, and emails after we discovered a leak from the poorly installed toilet in our master bathroom. The toilet dumped sewage into my kitchen three Sundays ago. If it wasn't for the low flow toilet it would have been sooner. However, the mold in the drywall horrified us just as much.
