We signed with this company Feb, 2017. Our house finally rented 7-1-17, two months later, on 9-9-17 after a $500 maintenance fee, 10% management fee, 75% commission fee plus $73.18 lock change fee, We finally received what rent was left. It was not disclosed verbally or in writing that they pay you rent 2 months in the rears. Had we known this we would have never used this company. Not to mention all the extra unnecessary fees. I do NOT recommend!!!
