my experience with them so far has been very poor they concentrate on selling that they sell broken units that don't work I've been calling every single day for them to respond and get out here because technically I'm first in line not the next customer but nobody has called nobody has showed up and my next step will be calling all the appropriate people from the smog control board up watch the salesman was done with me and he was rushing that day because there was only one guy promise the world and literally has left me out... read more
RecommendedWe love our fireplace insert! Geno was extremely helpful in applying for the voucher and submitting the final paperwork after the installation. Also, Anthony and Johnathan took great care installing the unit. Anthony also explained the entire installation process. I appreciated him taking the time to educate me on more than just how to operate our unit. Highly recommended.
What an enjoyable experience, first we stopped at the big box, not a soul insight. Then we came here, Knowledgeable and friendly here and yet not pushy salespeople. And did I mention local and that the sales people where actually around ?!? We enjoyed it so much, I get all my chemicals here now too !
