I am so thankful for having found Home Instead and the team in Woodland Hills. They have been incredibly professional, kind, responsive, and attentive to my husband when I need to travel. He has been comfortable with the caregivers, and I have a sense of security they are taking good care of him, even accommodating last-minute changes to my schedule. My husband came home from a rehab facility needing 24 hour care. I worked with Marie at Home Instead, who sent excellent caregivers who genuinely cared about my husband's well being and progress. He went from not being able to walk without help to walking with his walker, showering by himself, and preparing his breakfast (with a little help). In three weeks he is independent enough to say goodbye to his caretakers. If we ever need help at home again, I will call Home Instead and talk to Marie.

From the very beginning, my brother and I were in a rough spot dealing with everything surrounding our mother’s health while trying to make the best decisions for our father. I have been working with Home Instead for almost 2 years now, for in-home caregiving for my mother-in-law. I have not once been unhappy with their service! Their office staff (Marie, Chita) is always super responsive, and every single time have been immediately available when I reached out to them. They have contacted me with concerns the caregivers have had, they provided a caregiver whose only role was to drive to appointments and be a companion there. We felt so fortunate to have 3 wonderful caregivers - Cindy, Yesenia, and Lan - who provided exceptional assistance and support in our time of need. Chita, who coordinated the hours and staff, was also excellent, especially in the genuine care, understanding and flexibility in making special arrangements for our particular situation. We are truly grateful for them all, and we believe that Home Instead deserves the highest recommendation in every respect.
