They are caring, polite, and so very friendly. The office staff has also gone above and beyond when it comes to scheduling needs. communication isnt very good, beats around the bush with you instead of being straight forward
Thinking of the client and their needs instead of thinking of a strict policy which disrupted my caregiver services to us that I need so desperately. The owner took away the caregiver I was pleased with. I doubt very seriously if another caregiver of her caliber could be provided to meet our needs.
The absolute worst experience you can imagine. Things were not done as we were told when we signed up. One time, a care giver did not even show up as scheduled, nor did anyone let me know this by calling me. I asked for someone with particular skills and was not given that either, although was promised that is what I would get. I asked to have manager call me on several occasions when problems came up, several weeks later I still have not received that phone call, I did however receive the bills.
