An organization that prides itself on commitment to its clients and employees. They are always trying to improve themselves and provide some of the best care in the area. You can find Maria and Erica at the office, two lovely people who are always willing to help and arrange things. During these troubling times Home Instead has still managed to provide excellent care to its clients and are always receiving calls for new ones.
Home Instead goes above and beyond to make sure their caregivers are knowledgeable and understanding! They have high patience levels and really care about the person they’re looking after. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to take care of my family!! Any issue their might be it’s resolved quickly and efficiently.
Not only was this franchise unprofessional in their dealings with the family but the company itself never returned a call about a complaint. Personnel caused problems among the family to protect their own job with little regard to the result and took full advantage of a lonely, depressed client. The accounting system was questionable and difficult to address. A poor example of a business for sure.
