I don't know what I would do without Penny from Home Instead. She helps me in so many ways, especially by helping me take my son-in-law to appointments. He really enjoys getting out of the house and riding around town.

I have been associated with and a part of the Home Instead family since January 2026. I was in and out of Archbold Hospital in January, February and in a medical crisis in April-May 2026. I had also seen a Home Instead commercial and decided to call early on. As I recall, Justin called me. We set up an appointment and he explained the contract to me. Home Instead has provided caregiver service for my elderly and disabled Father for a couple of years now. We have had a few caregivers who were not a good fit for my Father, and not so good caregivers, and changed caregivers a lot, and experienced bad scheduling if someone called in sick. The caregiver we've had for the last year, we call her "Trish" has been a God Send! She is dependable, caring, knowledgeable and my Father loves her! Because of Trish I give Home Instead 4 stars.
