I love how organized Home Instead is, how much the staff prioritizes you and your needs. The clients are amazing and there are always resources available for any CarePro. Communication is amazing, so much fun and laughter. I love love love Home Instead!!!
In my experience with the many other jobs I've had this in particular was the best in regards to workplace culture and positive environment. My supervisors were consistently good to me and receptive to my specific needs and adapted to me situation. I was positively engaged to keep improving the quality of my work. Working here has been special. I worked here for around 9 months before I left for my church mission and they treated me so well and let me do what I needed to do and they covered for me. I can only imagine how they treat the clients and their needs.
