I can’t recommend Home Instead enough. I needed their help after a recent fall and hospitalization. The caregivers were very personable and professional. Easily people I felt comfortable having in my home as a senior living alone. Over the couple of months I needed help I had 3 different ladies in to help me and they were all wonderful. In 2017, after my my husband had a stroke, his case manager recommended Home Instead. Since that time, Home Instead has sent us WONDERFUL caregivers! They all have been people I trust with the maintenance of my home and, most important, the wellbeing of my precious husband. Home Instead does a terrific job screening their caregivers and matching families with compatible caregivers. My husband has had different caregivers over the years, but I am grateful for all of them!
I hired Home Instead in May of 2024 and had wonderful experiences with the company. The home aid for my parents was absolutely wonderful. Clean, helpful, on time, funny and a terrific companion for my folks. She truly went above and beyond. I arranged services from across the country and everyone from the assessment provider, owners, to the home aid were helpful and kind. We were extremely pleased with our Home Instead Caregiver who cared for my husband and my sister. She cared for my 96 year old sister and myself as well, while I was recovering from a broken femur. I highly recommend this excellent service!
