My experience with Home Instead has been nothing but positive. Alex was a wonderful guide in explaining their services, in getting to know my parents and their needs, and in pairing them with a caregiver who he thought would be a great match. The home instead team is great. Every time there is a problem they are on it to make it better. I have to say I am the most grateful for my caregiver herself Mrs. Mary G. She is the best human being ever. She can make my mom do things that no one else can. She makes my life so much better. I am so grateful for Mary. We have a new part timer. Miss Sue G. she has been with us for a short time, but home instead sent her over so I'm sure she will be great too. Mary is part of our family. I hope all can find a caregiver so good. ... read more
