I am deeply thankful for the level of care my parents received here. The staff consistently treated them with kindness, dignity, and genuine compassion, which gave our family a great sense of comfort and reassurance. They were always attentive and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was handled properly. Although there are a few minor areas that could use improvement, the overall experience has been very positive and memorable. I would gladly recommend this place to others.

I highly recommend Home Instead Thousand Oaks. The staff is very professional. Joe, Angel and Jennifer are hands down the best Managment staff. They are always on top of anything we need. The caregivers are exceptional and very caring. They go above and beyond to fill our families needs! Thank you Joe, Angel, Jennifer and staff! you guys ROCK!!!!

The owner, Joe, took very good care of us. He came out to the house and met my dad to help determine the best care plan. He worked with us to carefully select our caregiver and was always responsive if we needed to make any changes to our schedule. The care was reliable and fairly priced. Thank you!

I have been using a caregiver from Home Instead for the last 6 months and couldn’t be more pleased! Joe Malagon and Jennifer McIntire are both so professional and customer service oriented. I feel so fortunate to have found Home Instead and I trust whomever they send to my home to care for my 94 year old mother.

We were on a pinch a quickly needed night care for my ailing mother. I called Home Care, got right through and they came with a few hours to understand our needs and scheduled in a night shift starting that night. They also checked on their team members log notes and scheduled a brief meeting us (family) after the first week to hear our comments and make sure everything to our satisfaction (which it was)! My mother go along well with the team members. A very important point to include here!
