Today is 7-27-'26...and my "experience " with Home Instead began a couple months ago when 'Kylea' came to my building and gave a "presentation" for veterans..(myself being one)...and the benefits of receiving home help through the company. Lina, my caregiver has brought kindness & positivity into my life. She is such an amazing young woman & I look forward to seeing her every Wednesday. She surprises me w/ thoughtful gifts, food or a treat of some type of Peruvian Chocolate goodies. We use Home Instead for our mother. Her transition from being cared for by her daughter and having strangers come into her house was so tough. Marissa and Spencer and the entire staff at Home Instead; Caleb, Mic, Kaylea and others have made this stage in our lives so much easier. We highly recommend Home Instead. This company is amazing! The lead Robyn came out to do an initial assessment with my mom to figure out a care plan and to see what caregiver might be best to work with my mom's personality. Robyn was caring, thorough and really personable. My mom loved her and instead of being frustrated by having to have care, she was excited to get to know Robyn.
