This is the absolute best in-home care company in the area! The staff that take care of my grandparents are phenomenal and truly care! The management team are responsive, professional, and always follow up with me when I have questions.
Can’t recommend Home Instead enough. Professional level care from the caregivers to the office staff. Much more than I expected everyone gives Aloha and would not hope for anything more to take care of my Ohana.
We live in Michigan and my mother lives in Hawaii. We have used Home Instead for several years and have never had an issue. GREAT communication and updates as well as very compassionate employees. I rest at night with peace knowing she is in good hands.
We needed home care for my mother post op on very short notice. Ty Bedford the office manager came to our home that same day for an assessment and three days later for a 3 hour detailed briefing. She was secured an extremely attentive, personable, reliable, diligent group of aides. Ericcka and Erion personally came to train them.
