Kyle was efficient with his time but thorough in his notes. He was friendly and he did a wonderful job of explaining items in layman's terms. He was timely in getting the report sent to me.
Cliff was very professional Cliff was very professional. I appreciated the detail of his inspection and his feedback regarding what needed to be addressed versus personal and cosmetic issues. He was also so kind as to indulge my request that he wear booties in the house since I had just had the carpets cleaned. I also like that he has a family business. I felt he was a very trustworthy person.
Cliff was awesome. He was very detailed at work. He took the time to answer any questions I had and he explained in detail what I needed to know about the home. He made my first home buying experience a lot less nerve wrecking.

This company is amazing. The customer service is excellent. Mrs. Willis always made me feel comfortable no matter how many times I called her. The inspector saved us a lot of money on our first house that we thought we wanted but because of the inspection, we realized it was not a good investment. They are so honest and we value their expertise to inspect our home. They are very professional and I would recommend them to anyone who needs an expert to do an inspection.
