David was very detailed and took his time explaining the findings of the inspection report with my client. I highly recommend Home Inspection Pros for all of your home inspection needs.
We had Marlon Page as our inspector. He was very knowledgeable and responsive everytime we contact him with questions. He was patient when we were awaiting access to the home for the inspection and had already began the inspection on the outside of the home while waiting. He was very effiecent providing quick but quality service. We received the inspection report the same day which was extremely detailed. The inspection was carried out by a two-person team who were meticulous and organized throughout. Marlon personally walked me through each area of the house, explaining everything clearly. However, the written report simply flagged potential issues and recommended consulting a professional without explaining why or providing context. As a result, it didn’t offer much leverage for negotiation, and didn’t carry the weight I hoped for. In addition the report wasn’t completed until two days after the inspection.

My inspection experience was awesome and thorough! For any inspection I need or any of my friends need, I will be recommending Home Inspection Pros. They were on time, professional, and engaging. I had a new build home and they inspected so many things and helped me create a list to give back to the builder. You can tell they knew their stuff. They also made me feel a part of the process too!
