I love love Home Holistic!!! Prenatal Yoga was a refreshing chance for me to get away from normal life when I was pregnant and breathe and focus on me and the baby. It was a way I pampered myself intentionally. Prenatal yoga really helped me in labor to focus and breathe deep. I was able to stay in control during a long labor and I kept telling myself that I COULD do this! I miss it now that I’ve had my baby and I’m so so excited to go to baby mama yoga:) �
Such a supportive place for any woman. � I had the best experience with home holistic and Jessica and Ashley. �
This place is so much more than yoga! It’s like a boost for your soul, a hug from a friend, a group therapy session, and a giant exhale all in one. I wish every woman had access to resources and support like Home Holistic offers. I have taken yoga classes, used doula services (now for the second time!), taken the childbirth classes and found resources for chiropractic care, lactation support, counseling, and post partum care all through this gem of a studio �
They make you feel so comfortable and welcome! Love Ashley, Jessica and the rest of the crew!
