We’ve had a really good experience with Jackie and the caregivers at Home Helpers Thousand Oaks. They’ve been helping with my mom and her caregivers have been great. They’re dependable, patient with her and actually seem to care.
I had a fall in my home and ended up in a rehab center where I met Ginny Arroyo from Home Helpers. From there, Ginny set me up with caregivers to assist me at home. She has helped me through the whole process (even with my LTC insurance) and has been a saving grace. Without her, I’d be lost. My Home Helper aids are Jennifer W. and Rosie A. Both have gone beyond the call of duty. They are attentive, consistent, work without much direction, and are kind. Most of all they truly care.
We've been with Home Helpers since September of 2017. Caregivers are outstanding, professional, polite, and have my safety as a number one priority.
Not only is Ginny Arroyo hilarious but she also has an incredible ability to recognize opportunities that others might completely miss. When we first met and discussed Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS), Ginny immediately recognized the value of preparing her caregiving team to better understand and support this growing patient population.
