I was in need of experienced help in caring for a relative who was slowly loosing her ability to take care of herself. I was blessed when I found Mid South Home Helpers of Germantown. I needed someone who would come to Collierville and help with her care. Home Helpers went above and beyond. They worked with me and sent experienced ladies, They were always on time and knew how to hancle the patient. I would not hesitate to hire them again if I had a need.
I worked for home Helpers as Office personnel. They are very unprofessional, unreliable and money Hungry. Caregivers are no call no show most of the time and they keep on scheduling them!! This company is nothing but bad news. I do not recommend them to anyone at all. Office is consistently a mess, nothing is organized, client information in the system is wrong, and they have no way of training new staff.
"I am a current client and Home Helpers of Tarpon Springs was recommended to me by others initially. The caregivers they sent do what they say they will do, are very friendly, and know what they're doing. My caregiver helps with feeding me, keeping the house clean, and taking my to the doctor. PLEASE BE VERY AWARE! This individually owned Home Helpers franchise is NOT professional. After your business is gained, you're treated any kind of way, both employees ( paid a little to nothing) and clients. They often times don't have sufficient staff to cover shifts requested. Their employees are not thoroughly checked before being hired to come into your home. Laura Hedgecock is VERY rude, inconsistent , inconsiderate, disrespectful and unprofessional!
We had a different company before calling Home Helpers. They displayed genuine concern about clients and great service. This is a great agency, highly recommended.
I've been to all of the local health supplement outlets in Summit county and by far this store has the best selection and the best prices of all. The service is great, and the owner is so knowledgable that I don't k now why anyone would shop anywhere else.
