Do not allow Southwest Hospital to force you to use this home health service. Horrible. No one calls you back from management to weekend on call staff. We had to go to the ER 2 times this past weekend due to no response from the emergency weekend staff. When the weekend staff finally called back, many hours later, she offered to meet at a gas station parking lot. Doesn’t sound sanitary for a picc line issue. Horrible, rude and unprofessional. Great group of caring professionals who go above and beyond for the people they service!!!
I have used three outstanding home health care agencies in the past but this one was the worst, It is poorly operated, lack of communication between staff members and my physician, sloppy scheduling. The most dangerous and concerning item was the stated goal of having home infusion patients take over their own care, giving themselves infusion treatments after three visits with a nurse, My goal is to have my medical care given by a medical professional, not as a DIY exercise. They do offer alot but when it comes down to it there services are very limited shop around first this service is pushed through southwest general hospital Middleburg heights Ohio social workers u get what u pay for maybe there employees are low payed just like the hospital good luck
