I have had the last dealings with this place that I'll ever have. I bought a snapper snowblowerfrom them about 4yrs ago, the day I picked it up was the only day they were decent to deal with. I agree with Dan J. This woman should not deal with the public. I have been treated very rudely three times and for the last time. There are other hardware stores in the area with great customer service and products. If I spoke and dealt with the public as she did at my place of employment, I would be fired.
The owner of this business should not deal with the public. She is rude to say the least. She will argue with you. She will not attempt to work with a customer. Its her way or she will hang up the phone on you. I purchased a $1000.00 snow blower their and the only reason I will keep it because its a good product. I will never buy anything their again. Simply put the owner of this business needs a lot of work on her people skills. Replace her and their business will grow a lot.
Had a similar experience this morning when I called asking if they had a part in stock. The lady was very rude, abrupt and hung up on me without asking if i would like the part ordered. I had to call back, she sounded annoyed and I thought it wasn't worth it, told her I would try elsewhere...she didn't care in the least
we went up to three times for the same thing hundred times the people were rude and the lady with the short blonde hair we were told was the owner of the place was the rudest
