I had a visit from the podiatrist after dealing with their very efficient and friendly staff in scheduling an appointment. He came and he was professional and solicitous, and he took really good care of all the issues I had with my feet. I don’t have as much trouble walking now. I am definitely going to have him come back for a follow up visit and would recommend him to anybody.
Was about to call this service for my mother until I saw the owners responses to other reviewers. Horrible! Calling elderly “demented” and saying things like “we’re doing you a favor by helping.” The Hippocratic oath obviously means nothing to this company. Look elsewhere
Shocked by scheduling staff. I work with home-care agencies, and was trying to assist due to lack of return calls. When I finally reached someone, she talked over me when she had incorrect dates. I stopped and let her speak, and I explained she had incorrect date information. Her attitude was visceral and she said "We don't call people back unless it is after the 60 days... and then it can take 1-2 weeks to get an appointment." Called for simple info regarding the services they provide. Spoke with Gabriela I believe that's her name and she was very friendly and answered all my questions. I don't understand why all the rude comments are on here.she deserves a raise!
