I usually do not buy furniture online because you never know what you will get but I just loved this style so I went for it.. I am so happy I did because it looks just like the pics online and it is super high quality wood for the price!! HCC was great to work with as well, I think I got my order shipped and delivered all in about 8 days.Thank you so much for the superior service and product!! I really LOVE my entertainment center :)
My first purchase with HCC was a huge endeavor. Upon retirement and purchasing a home up north and buying all new furniture and decorations was scary. We originally ordered furniture with another company and found it $1200 cheaper at HCC. I was skeptical at first but after reading other reviews I decided to order with HCC. The customer service was excellent and they have kept us informed throughout the process. We ordered a sofa, love seat, headboard and bench. We received the headboard within a couple of days and the sofa and love seat arrived within 2 weeks. This is the first time making a purchase on furniture online and as it turn out to be a very good experience. The only problem was that they should have contacted me about why the delivery was held up. But, if I had turned on the weather station, would have noticed the severe weather too. Jamie in customer support was great and she kept us informed about it and we received it the following week. I would order from HCC furniture again. Also the white glove service was great.
I purchased the Summerhouse Oyster White bedroom set and could not be happier. The dresser drawers are pretty smooth and plenty of room for clothes. I can't say enough at how the panel bed frame brings my room to life. It's also very sturdy and no creaking. Quality furniture and their delivery service was impeccable. 5 out of 5 stars. Worth the 2 week wait time!!!
