Love everything about HCC! I especially appreciate it allows for customer reviews on the items as well as pics people have taken so we can view the products in homes. I was looking for a new dining room set as a gift to my parents. I had many criteria the dining set had to fit and I found them all in one particular piece. The set was on a great sale, it was a brand I knew to be high quality that my work also sells. It had the features, shape, size, everything and, I was given 5 day shipping for free. My friends agreed it was gorgeous and well worth the $1500.
I ordered a few rooms of furniture for my house including a new dining room set, sectional, and bedroom set. Customer Service was very helpful start to finish and I have nothing but great things to say. The delivery team was beyond wonderful. All of the furniture looks great and my family is very happy. Went exactly like I wanted it to. Great responses (professional and easy to understand) to a phone query. Products were described properly on the site. Pictures represented products well. Very happy with my experience Delivery was extremely fast and their staff a pleasure to work with. Great job HCC!
My order included free delivery. When Mark Brunetter realized I wasn't being charged the $200 delivery fee, he cancelled my order. This man is extremely rude and unprofessional. BBB has many complaints on him. It is my opinion his main goal is to amass customer info: name, address, phone, cc #, etc. It's anyone's guess what he may do with all that.
