Our experience with HomeCinemaCenter has always been very rewarding. Goods are delivered in a timely fashion with accurate dates (most of the time early) and in perfect condition. The delivery teams are professional, knowledgeable of the items and extremely courteous! Even if we don't order white glove delivery, they still move the furniture inside our house.. Homecinemacenter.com really went out of there to help me with my purchase.. I had trouble finidng the set I wanted and searched for hours. I called customer service and they uickly found what I was looking for when I descibed it.. They kept me informed every step of the way and gave me a direct phone number to call my rep if I needed anything. I also really liked the shipping company they used. I ordered a chair I had wanted for a long time. I found one I liked at homecinemacenter and at a price I could afford. The chair arrived when they said, was packaged the way they said, and arrived at my house, undamaged. The chair, itself, is beautiful and just what I wanted and what was pictured.
