I called Home Cinema Center to inquire about a Catalina 5 pc library wall with optional ladder. I was told it would be white glove delivery before I placed the order online. However, when I received my shipping info for this exact order, my order did not indicate white glove delivery anywhere. It showed standard. We purchased a 2nd home and needed to buy furniture for every room. We purchased the dining room set and server from this company. The furniture arrived minus two of the hostess chairs. We had it documented on the shipping paperwork that they were missing and the shipping company confirmed. We immediately reported it to the company via email and phone calls. Complaint Description: In January we ordered an entertainment center (two pieces). When delivered in March, without any prior notification, one box of two was damaged. One can clearly see two holes, presumably made by a forklift. This was documented on the shipping label, also signed by shipping company. We order a Hillsdale dining set from HCC Furniture. They had the best price for the dining set we were looking for. Our order was delivered within the week that we ordered it. Unfortunately, Out of all the products that I have ordered, I've so far only had one piece of furniture come missing the connecting hardware And the parts process was super easy.. Ordered a piece of furniture from this company online. Was supposed to receive it before Thanksgiving and the shipping company they contracted with said their truck broke down and couldn't deliver. Six days go by and they finally deliver the box. The box had a 2' rip down the side and it caught my attention. Upon further inspection the furniture had a hole punched in the side. I love my new, Catnapper recliners, and they have exceeded my expectations! The quality construction has the imports and Lane beat, hands-down. I chose the Larkin recliners. Delivery was early; assembly was not needed and two well-packed pieces. The price was a amazing as well and beat all of the local store that I checked out.
