We used Home Check Inspection in February of 2021 for a house. We are very pleased with this service: 1. Rod Beich was always professional in his language and dealings with us. 2. He took care of our service promptly. 3. He gave us a very thorough report with detail and photos. 4. He met with us afterwards to discuss the report. We are impressed and will use him again.

Rod was extremely friendly and thorough in his work. He quoted us a good price, made an appointment for two days later, and showed up right on time. He took the time to explain everything he found in the inspection and he sent the official report first thing the next day, as well as simplified summary of what he found. All in all, it was a very easy and inexpensive process that took only 3 days from when I called him to when I got the report.

We're first time home buyer, and in my opinion, if you are too, you need to hire Home Check Inspections. Rod is a complete pro. Showed up early, answered all our questions thoroughly, pointed things out during the inspection, and gave us a brief overview of the house. I would rate my experience with Home Check Inspection as five out of five stars and I would highly recommend their service to other people. This was my first time using the company and I thought that the gentleman who came out was professional and easy to communicate with. I hired the company to do an inspection of a house that I was a potential buyer for. I appreciate that the gentleman was precise, upfront, and he was very educated about the entire process.
