His reports were very detailed and had good pictures. I'm a home builder by trade and knew that he was technical in his report. Rod is very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He loves what he does and it shows through his attention to detail. We used Home Check Inspection in February of 2021 for a house. We are very pleased with this service: 1. Rod Beich was always professional in his language and dealings with us. 2. He took care of our service promptly. 3. He gave us a very thorough report with detail and photos. 4. He met with us afterwards to discuss the report. We are impressed and will use him again.

Rod was extremely friendly and thorough in his work. He quoted us a good price, made an appointment for two days later, and showed up right on time. He took the time to explain everything he found in the inspection and he sent the official report first thing the next day, as well as simplified summary of what he found. All in all, it was a very easy and inexpensive process that took only 3 days from when I called him to when I got the report.

We're first time home buyer, and in my opinion, if you are too, you need to hire Home Check Inspections. Rod is a complete pro. Showed up early, answered all our questions thoroughly, pointed things out during the inspection, and gave us a brief overview of the house.
