*** set the standard for home inspectors. He was responsive, complete, and didnt miss any detailsHis report was 44 pages of not just the noted deficiencies, but also pictures of the issues, and most importantly education to teach me (a first time homebuyer) the standard, and how the deficiency may impact the home.Following the report (received the same day as the inspections) he made himself available to followup by phone to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable with what was contained in the report.

Rod was already at the location and way ahead of schedule when we arrived. He was very professional, more thorough than I anticipated and explained every little detail to us. This was our first home inspection and he made the experience so easy and smooth. He is very knowledgeable and knows exactly what hes doing. You can tell hes been doing this a long time. Definitely recommend him for your general home inspections. Got our report same day too!! 10/10 recommend.

It was a pleasure working with ***! I am closing on my new home this week and wanted to complete my third party inspection to ensure that nothing was missed. *** did a wonderful, detailed, and knowledgable inspection. Mr. Beich did an excellent job inspecting our new home. He was thorough with the whole inspection. He simplified and explained every step of the inspection in detail to me. I checked the deficiencies myself with the knowledge I gained and made sure they were corrected. I will recommend Mr. Beich to family and friends because I am confident they will be satisfied with his work.

*** was very professional when he conducted his inspection. was very informative in explaining the items he found, could not have found a better inspector. His reports were very detailed and had good pictures. I'm a home builder by trade and knew that he was technical in his report. Would refer him and would use him again if i needed an inspector. **** **
