AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!! My husband and I visited the Kennesaw, Ga location last weekend. Found the bathroom vanity that I loved and ordered it immediately. paid in fill over $1,000. When we returned home we realized that particular set up was going to be be too small. We immediately called to see if we could change the order and pay the difference. I am very disappointed in Shannon that works for you. We told him exactly what cabinet we wanted. He came to our house and sent over a price replacing each cabinet just as we have it for 29k. He had asked my husband for a budget and jokingly he said if it would make me happy he’d spend 50k. There was the problem. He gouged us on price. We paid $275 for him to come out. Got a door from there for $2499! I used the recommended installer from them, they picked the door and installed it. Noticed it was very loose so did the installer made a note and called his boss.. fast forward i go to store 2weeks after to talk about the issue and see the same door for $1999, I talked to the sales man that sold me the door he said I need to talk email manager about the install problem and price decrease! We’ve had our new doors for one week today. Absolutely love them! The selection process and sale were easy - same day purchase once we confirmed our measurements. The installation went smoothly (especially since I didn’t have to do a thing LOL)! Anthony and his team from Total Renovation are experts... precise, thorough, efficient, and experienced.
