I am new to home care solutions. They are respectful easy to talk to and I do enjoy working for the company. Jessica and carter brighten my day when I talk to them over the phone or when I need to go to the office. Wish more companies were like them.
I receive service from a caregiver named Doris, and would recommend her to anyone. She is hard working, trust worthy, and absolutely provides me with the safety and security that an elderly woman needs. I'm sure other caregivers are just as great but I would recommend her to anyone because she goes out of her way to provide excellent service. I would definitely give her 5 stars.
Jessica and Carter are in the perfect business for them. They are the two most caring professionals in the companionship business! They are always available 24 hrs a day and their staff is amazing. James cares for my father every week and we as a family could not be happier. He is always early, pleasant and efficient. He and my father have become very close in the past few months. I recommend Home Care Solutions to everyone!!
When I entered the senior care market last year, I really needed some help. I reached out to Jessica Ramos and scheduled what I thought was going to be a half hour meeting at Panera. These folks are absolutely by far #1 in the business. Really can not use the word "business" when it comes to these folks. They come into your home like they have known you for years. Become your friend before they even knock on your door. They are definitely about taking care of whatever it is your in need of.
