They truly care about the patient as if they were part of their own family. Nick came to the aid of my son when no one else showed up. He promised someone would be at my Mom’s place within an hour and they kept to their word. You see, my son was not going to leave his Grandma alone and Nick assured him she wouldn’t be alone once they got there. Excellent organization that follows through!
