This agency did the worst possible thing to our family. They dropped our care with NO advance notice over a dispute about a charge that amounted to $42. The owner Lauren Robison has no idea how much stress she caused our family when she discontinued our services with no notice. Nor did she care. She was rude and inconsiderate. She is in the wrong business and clearly has never experienced the stress of needing assistance at home with a disabled person.
