I am so late giving this review. Home Care supplied a care giver for my mom last minute. When we called, they sent out someone immediately to review our needs and discuss our budgets. My mother, was a reluctant receiver of their services but grew to appreciate what they do. When we had some challenges with my mother, they communicated quickly and efficiently with my wife and I. When they ran into a staffing challenge one day, the manager handled the visit herself. Solid team!

I have worked in the healthcare field for 13+ years, and 4 years of that have been in home care. When I first walked into Home Care Assistance office in Plano, Texas I was amazed at how the staff was. They are patient, kind, and very loving. A lot a help taking care of Hushand after surgery. I would have liked a little more “Home” assistance such as wash the dishes in the sink rather than just reading a Book when there was nothing to do.
