Home Appraising Group is always fast, professional, kind, and thorough. They listen to the customer, and respond with a scope of work that meets the needs of the situation. Service with smile is dead in America, but not here. You cannot go wrong and will be happy you hired them for your valuation needs.
This was the most unprofessional appraisal I have ever seen and I have a lot of experience. After 10+ appraisal I can easily say Brad Harley is the worst appraiser I have ever had. Brad Harley did not even come to the property, he sent a data collector to take picture. His company is over 75 miles way from my house and he had no knowledge of the area he was appraising. Brad Harley appraised my house for 25k below market or 12%. He used comps that were 11 months old when there were 12+ more recent comps. He then pick house th... read more
Very professional and prompt, however, 2 of the 3 comps were not appropriate to to be used to value the property in my opinion. This significantly undervalued the property. The company did consider feedback and other comps that I provided but they did stick with their initial assessment, which was to be expected. They were very professional and respectful. It appears that put good effort in and are very capable but I just feel they missed the mark on my particular property.
No one got back to me terrible business!!
