I echo the previous comments. The place is rundown and not suitable for medical care. The reception area is boiling hot from the direct sunlight. I asked for water and the receptionist told me the government doesn’t pay for the water (: then the nurse brought me a bottle of water from her car! I give 5 stars to the nurse and negative rating to the Ontario government that is supposed to manage these clinics. Shame !
This clinic is the worst one in my life, run and managed by those unprofessional people rude and incompetent, but the nurses are very professional.
Nursing service is excellent; however, if you need to book an appointment for service by phone, GOOD LUCK! HARD TO REACH OUT TO THEM, THEY RARELY PICK UP PHONE. IF YOU LEAVE VOICEMAIL, NO REPOSNSE.
There are some incompetent people playing with peoples lives. I felt it necessary to share our recent experience with the Home and Community Care Nursing Clinic. We were referred to them by homecare for our 14-month old son. Not only did we have to drive 40 minutes to get there, but upon arrival, we were informed that they could not administer the timed medication that was due for our son.
