Someone literally got stabbed while I lived there.
Office lady is rude, neighbors bang on walls and doors, roaches, nothing in my apartment really works. I was without a stove for months.
People running down the halls at night screaming, banging on the doors/windows. Bed bugs and roaches. Nothing in my apartment works (Outlets, stove, ac). Paint job horrible but that's to be expected. Tweaker friendly
Got bed bugs when I moved in, the apartment next to me from the start of moving in always had the door open, never saw anyone in there, but it was furnished
Unimpressive. Good rental rates and close-in.
