These guys did a couple of chairs for me several years ago and did a nice job. I wanted them to do another and called 6 months ago to see if they could do it. They said they were busy due to the holidays and to call back in January which I did and was then told to call back in March. Called back today and now they say "maybe" May. I get the feeling they don't want to do small jobs or they only accommodate their regular long term customers.
Great service, brought the vision I had for a custom bed to life and for a good price. Had a custom sized rug done there too. It may take a little longer than just going to any retail store but you can be sure what you get is unique and done right.
