Amazing grounds; sleazy management We loved the grounds and being nestled in the west side close to Aldi, Walmart, and Woodmans. The basketball court is rarely used and there's nice trail around the perimeter of the grounds. Gorman, however, gave us the worst experience. The previous property manager told us that our heating/cooling bills would "not get much above $100".
