RecommendedTheir nursing staff in surgery is phenomenal!!! I was so well taken care of. A completely positive experience! After no food or water from the night before and a 5:30am arrival time, I was served a Starbucks coffee in recovery!! I would like to see the team again, and will visit, but hopefully not for any more surgeries!! 😆 thank you everyone!!!🥰💕💖
I came in today and from check in they have been extremely cautious of covid19 and treating everyone so wonderful. alot of people have negative things to say about this place but it's not really the place it's certain providers. but just remember there are more great providers than horrible ones. especially Dr. Crista Castro and her staff today have been wonderful.
The ER took care of my daughter's cut had very quickly. The doctor was in and out of the room completing his examination and stitches before the nurses realized. It was a pleasant experience during a stressful time in our family.
My mom used to work at HC and the staff there took care of her when she passed from Ovarian cancer. I cannot say enough about how much you all are appreciated and loved by us Taoseños , but especially now during the Covid19 crisis. I want you all to have the best PPE and federal hazard pay too! It is the very least you deserve. Thank you 💜

I broke my leg skiing at Taos two weeks ago and was sent to Holy Cross for surgery. My nurse, Liz, was the most compassionate and comforting person. I was terrified and she made me feel at complete ease and took amazing care of me! I can’t thank her enough. Dr. Jones did a fantastic job on my leg and my doctors I have seen since returning home have both been very complimentary of Dr. Jones’s work after viewing my post op xrays. Although, I hate this accident happened, I am extremely thankful I was at Holy Cross for care.
Charged me $1646 to glue my sons finger, which didn’t hold and got infected. Will not accommodate.
Thank you Holy Cross emergency staff for taking care of my daughter quickly. very friendly to my daughter and very patient with me.
