Holy City Gutterworks installed our gutters 5 years ago and did a great job of it then. I recently had them come out and inspect the gutters for any problem areas and close up some gaps where squirrels were entering the gutters along the roof. They came out under warranty and took care of everything, closing up the gaps, cleaning up some areas of collected leaves/acorns that got stuck, and giving it a new clean bill of health...all under warranty and at no cost. We had a wonderful experience with HCG; from the initial inspection and consultation with Chip and throughout the installation with Kevon and his team — the entire experience was seamless. I’d like to include a shout-out to Sherry in customer service who also assisted with payment processing, and to the company owner (whose name escapes me at the moment) for sending a thank you letter with his phone number in case we had questions or comments.
