Despite all of the other negative reviews, I've only had wonderful experiences with them. The only thing I will say that may be negative is that their website could be update a bit/looked over to make sure it is as user friendly as possible! Let me start with the staff. The people are nice as can be, but it's ridiculous how troublesome it is to get a place. The application process was a mess, and by the time we had gone through over 100 properties there was only ONE that we had an option of choosing. And we had only a few hours to decide if we wanted that place or not. Decided to take my business elsewhere because the properties were subpar and we were rushed to decide.

Nothing but great things to say about HOLTON. rented in the past with no issues. This year had to make a last minute adjustment. Very helpful. Very responsive. Highly recommend.
The bad outweighs the good here. I've lived within the same complex for 2 years and it continues to get worse with the apartment itself as well as with the office staff, not all of the office staff either to clarify. Many are pleasant.
