When looking for a diamond band, I purchased one I liked, but it wasn't "exactly" what I wanted. The next day Michelle called to tell me of a new ring that just came in, I stopped in, fell in love, and they let me exchange the first diamond band for the EXACTLY perfect ring. That, is customer service, which is why I love to shop at Holtons.
My husband and I absolutely love Holtan's. They treat everyone like family. I could never go anywhere else again!
Holtan's Jewelry provided such wonderful service to both my husband and I during the ring shopping process. I wasn't sure exactly what type of engagement ring I wanted, so I was able to come in and try on rings with a friend and make a wish list so my husband knew exactly the kind of ring to choose from. It was such a fun place to be with so many smiling, friendly, helpful faces! I would high recommend Quinn and Rose! :)
