RecommendedI had two loose prongs on my engagement ring. When I went in to pick up my ring, they handed me a sparkly, clean, repaired ring and told me to have a great day. I was not expecting to have a complimentary repair at all. The staff at Holtan's absolutley put a smile on my face and a warm fuzzy in my heart. Thank you for taking care of me and for the excellent service! 5 stars from this customer!
They were able to order me a matching earring to replace the one I lost so I didn’t have to buy a set. They also ordered something from a catalog that I was not obligated to purchase- but I did because I liked it. A clean, friendly store!
Took my $4000+ Zales, double halo 1ct diamond engagement ring and diamond wedding band set in to sell when my (now) husband and I decided on something different and they offered me $50 or store credit ($80). Pawn shops offered me at least $500. Not sure if I wasn't taken seriously, or if they discriminate. Either way, I have told multiple people to avoid any service by them

In 2017, we did not buy jewelry for resale so we couldn’t consider those factors. And for this reason, when people brought us rings like yours, we typically recommended a pawn shop or private sale so you could get closer to your desired value versus the melt value. I hadn’t worn my wedding ring in years due to cutting it off my son’s finger. Marshall fixed the ring, tightened the stone and cleaned it. The ring is more beautiful now than when I received it 30 years ago!! Customer service is fantastic!! I’ll be back!!

Holtan’s has been my favorite jewelry store since they opened. They have always treated me right in every single transaction. They help me maintain my jewelry on a regular basis & l’m always greeted with a smile as soon as l’m in the door. Quinn, Rose, Marshall & the girls are all wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful jewelry & gifts. They will treat you right every time.

My dad passed away a few weeks before my mothers 80th birthday. He had written the word “Family” on a piece of paper so we asked to have his handwriting made into a necklace for my Mom. Marshall got it done in time for her birthday. The necklace is beautiful and she wears it everyday. The necklace is priceless❤️. Thank you Holtans for your hard work getting it done in such a short time. You’ll never know how much we appreciated it!
