Everyone at Holt is great! I've seen both Jon and Jennifer. Jon -helped me work out my tight hamstrings for my first ever 5K! He is currently helping me with with dry needling. During therapy Jon & his assistant, Austin have given me the tools to use for a proper warm up and stretching techniques for running It's been a journey and I truly feel blessed to have the support with Holt PT during this time of therapy and running properly . Thank you!�

Jaime worked on me after MAJOR shoulder surgery. Being a nationally competitive tennis player I needed to get back to 100% if I was going to play at that level again. My first day of PT was memorable because the start of the process was painful!! However, Jaime assured me, "It will hurt but I will not injure you. You have to trust me." Jamie and his staff are professional, caring and knowledgeable. They are up to date on training and techniques. I can not recommend them highly enough. Fantastic practice!!!
