In December 2017 I was in an automobile accident which resulted in a fractured tibial plateau and talus bone. I wasn't impressed with the PT/OT representatives who visited me during my recovery. I was determined to return to fully functional on my own. After being given permission by the doctors to start rehab, I went after it full force.
