I had surgery for a torn labrum and went to Jaime for PT. Today I have 100% mobility and I'm back on the tennis courts and playing golf. I couldn't ask for better results and can't say enough positive things about Jaime and his team. He cares about your progress and a year later still follows up with me. I've recommended him to my friends and family and will continue to do so.
I highly recommend Holt PT! Jamie and his staff are wonderful. They help anyone and everyone! I ride horses competitively and after an injury Jamie and the staff worked tirelessly to get me back "in the saddle." You won't regret going to Holt PT!!
In the 30+ years post diagnosis with a neuromuscular disease, MS, I've worked with several physical therapists. With the others I felt restricted with a narrow focus on my knee or shoulder. With Jamie he widened the view to include my core, flexibility and overall strength. For more than 10 years I have worked out with Jamie or his staff once a week. I recently received treatment for an MCL injury at Holt Physical Therapy. I had never previously experienced PT for an injury and was skeptical. Jaime and his staff were very friendly and professional at each visit. Each exercise was clearly explained and demonstrated. Each visit I was pushed in my recovery. I was amazed with how quickly my injury improved. Jaime is great and encouraged open communication with any questions or concerns. I'd highly recommend Holt Physical Therapy to anyone who is in need of treatment.
