Recommendednot only did the great team at defiance sell me my 2019 sportster forty-eight last year, just today they made my husbands dream come true and sold him a wonderful 2016 road king the bike his has been wanting for years, the more bikes the better now we have 3!!!! again a huge thank you we will never go anywhere else.
I bought a 2020 CVO trike and from the very start of just kicking tires to the very end of negotiations was a very smooth and pressure free experience. Laurie was great to work with, the parts department answered all my questions and ordered all accessories I wanted, service department has gone above expectations.

I take photos of vehicles and motorcycles that have been in accidents. The team here are always welcoming and accommodate. my need to move around the motorcycle to obtain the correct photos. Positive and at times humorous staff.
What 's not to like about Defiance Harley-Davidson. Was greeted as I walked in the door, had My 4 month old Rottweiller puppy with Me. They are definitely dog friendly. As I was walking around the place, the girls from the clothing side would come over and make sure Thor had dog biscuits. I got talking to Laurie in sales and started looking at new Road Glides. I ended up buying a new 2020 Road Glide Limited, after several visits to Defiance. Everyone there was just so friendly and helpful, just a truly pleasant experience.
