RecommendedBought my first bike. Scott was AMAZING! He let me sit on as many bikes as I needed until I found the right fit. Never pressured me. The whole team was amazing. Linda in motorclothes was so helpful, too. I cant wait to go back.

I bought my 2019 Road Glide Special here. What a great bunch of people. From the sales department in clothing, Emily is friendly and nice. Brian in financing, don't piss him off he's like 7'something, but terrific dude. SPECIAL thanks to Carl in service. Just a great helpful guy always willing to take a minute to discuss a issue. Jim and Ryder, also great. I'm not a real outgoing or socialable type but I know them all by first name. Thanks everyone at Defiance for making my first New Harley purchase so fantastic 👊👊👊

What an AWESOME experience! Eric & Lonnie were absolutely fantastic. We just came in for a leather jacket for me and walked out with a brand new Harley. The entire staff was so welcoming and it was our first Harley, they were patient, professional and treated us like family. Be sure to ask for Eric!
