RecommendedLaurie called to let us know they had a 2017 trike. My husband and I went to see it, we ended up riding a 2020 Tahitian Blue. The people that work with you are so personable, they do listen to what you want and the owner of Defiance is the same way. We are extremely happy with our 2020 trike.
Just wanna say hand down awesome experience buying my first Harley-Davidson bike , Russ such an amazing guy help me find exactly what I was looking for after looking at so many bikes , I just wanna say thank you to the staff and also for been so patient with me .

worst experience I've ever had having a vehicle or bike fixed the staff lies and cuts corners the first time my bike was fixed by them they didn't even ride the bike after the bike was supposed to be fixed and my throttle stuck causing me to crash again after that crash I've been trying to get the bike fixed properly for almost 1 year since and still dealing with gas tanks leaking and lights not running properly and staff continually lying and giving false answers rider sucks as a employee definitely never bring your bike to... read more

absolutely slackers. needed a 10-32 1/4 bolt came off back rest.(new) told me I needed to order the whole mechanism.75.00. then I asked about the back rest pad siding up and down. he actually told me to flip the bracket over. (emblem upside down) again a new bike. I left went to the competition and was fix and ordered the new part within fifteen minutes and in my way. I have bought around 60,000.00 in bikes from here. I won't be back and I won't refer anyone. and they also said I needed to go to another dealer for my warrant... read more

Great customer service. Always stopping here over the other dealership in town because of this when I ride up.
Isn’t enough room to say how excellent the service was. Dan was a pleasure to work with. Everyone in the store was friendly and personable, which was a breath of fresh air after browsing at another Omaha area Harley dealership on the same day. Russ gave no pressure and was as laid back as they come. I was in and out with the exact bike I wanted within an hour. You all have my business for years to come
