Very disappointed in customer service today. My boyfriend has spent a lot of money to have his bike serviced here. He recently left his bike here for new tires and tune up. After several days of waiting to hear back, he had to call to see if the bike was done, to find out it had been ready for awhile. A simple courtesy call would have been nice. Time to find someone else.
I'm a first time Harley buyer. Yesterday I purchased a sportster as my first starter bike. Let me tell you, this place is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!. They treat you like family, everyone is just so kind and each employee seems to really enjoy their job. My salesman, Mike, was respectful and kind during my entire purchase. I recommend this harley dealership for anyone and everyone interested in the motorcycle field! They treat you like an actual human being here, not a number. I WILL return when I'm ready to upgrade! First time I've ever visited this H-D and I really liked it. They had a nice selection of clothes even for the kids (which has been my problem lately). We didn't look at the bikes too much but I will definitely stop by this shop again. Staff was super nice and patient with us since the kids were wound up.
Great place to go shopping and look for Harley-Davidson parts Scott to be a good place I have a friend and a nephew that work there
