Had an Amazing time
Had an electrical gremlin in my Tri_Glide - Bradyn & Carl in the service department got it handled. While there to pick up the bike - ran into the new sales manager (forgot his name) who was a true professional. It was demo day and they had one of the new Trikes on the floor. Even though he knew I was not buying - he brought the bike out and convinced me to ride it to get a comparison to my 2012. We were traveling to South Dakota from St Louis Missouri and had a shift shaft break on one of our rides. The Crew at DEFIANCE HARLEY DAVIDSON welcomed us in after closing and made the repairs really quick for us. Highly recommend swinging by and checking these guys out when you're in the area! Great customer service!!! Thanks guys!!
By far the best experience I've had buying a harley. The entire crew was genuine and friendly. They went above and beyond in helping me choose and finance my 2014 ultra under the terms I could handle. No pressure no bullshit sales pitches .
